Putting anything on intake and exhaust manifold bolts

Any recommendations of lubricant on intake and exhaust manifold bolts on engine assembly?
I bought the recommended steel lock nuts. Do I just tighten them dry or apply a lubricant on the threads?

I use copper antiseize on everything outside the engine. Maybe just some oil if that's all you have but never dry. Also tap and blow out holes, use a die on bolts

I use anti seize on any threaded fastener going into threaded holes in the head. If you are just spinning nuts onto an already installed stud, I run them on dry or with WD40.
